Lisbeth - Office Assistant
Lisbeth runs our property managment department and the rentals. Originally from Guanacaste, she is also very helpful and attentive. If you need any thing to make your stay with us better she is the one to contact, from batteries for the TV remote to ideas for a day tour she can help. Lisbeth is also working with other developer in the area and is bilingual in spanish and english. |
Aivi - Property Manager
Aivi runs our property managment department and the rentals.
She has worked in Real Estate here in El Coco for several years, and has also managed several other businesses. Originally from San Jose, she is very friendly and funny, a great person to work with. She speaks 3 languages, spanish, english and italian. |

Wendy Aguirre Lopez -Manager of the Costa Rican Ofice

Jack - The Developer
Jack is originally from Florida and has completed many projects here in El Coco as the owner of Tropical Coast Properties and Developments and Vista Perfecta Properties. He has lived in Costa Rica for six years, and speaks both english and spanish. He is the builder for the Vista Perfecta project 1, 2 and will be constructing the Fuente del Mar project as well. |

Ina - Financial Director
Very professional and focused at work and very charming and easygoing in life.
Ina comes from Moldova, Eastern Europe, where she qualified from Academy of Economics. After compoleting masters in Business and Administration in London, Ina was working as independent financial adviser.
Ina is in charge of our legal and financial affairs in London and Costa Rica. She is also in charge of marketing and selling of our portfolio in Western and Eastern Europe.
Her experience as an independent financial adviser in London is invaluable for our company. Ina speask Russian, Romanian and English. |
Boris - Partner and General Director
Born and educated in Moscow, now lives in London.
Boris is our leader and busines mastermind. He came to Costa Rica 3 years ago, aknowledged the opportunity and started the real estate business.
Boris as very versitalie in his education and work experience. Coming from Moscow as a doctor, his very business oriented mind have changed the direction of his career. He created a successful exporting company and then property development business in London. |
